Refund policy

Displayed products are handmade artworks by artist Marina Lilflower. 

All items are securely packed and shipped from the Netherlands, Amsterdam.

The delivery is now available to EU countries, the USA and the UAE.

Delivery costs are shown during check-out after you place your delivery destination. After the order is placed, you will receive the tracking number within 2 working days. If any delays happen, you will be informed about them within one day after placing an order.

The self-pick-up option is unavailable.

My products are fragile and unique as every ceramic piece, that is why I do not accept exchanges or returns.

If you receive a damaged piece or if your package is lost during delivery, please contact me within 7 days. I will ask you to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to assess the situation. I will send you a replacement in that case.
