We are Lilflower ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our'), a company registered in the Netherlands, Amsterdam. Our VAT number is NL005037336B06. We operate the website lilflowerproject.com (the 'Site'), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the 'Legal Terms') (collectively, the 'Services'). These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ('you'), and Lilflower, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the 'Content'), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the 'Marks'). They can be solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Products

 The Seller offers for sale unique and artistic pieces via the websitehttps://lilflowerproject.com/. Product prices are indicated in EUR (euro) and may be automatically converted into the Customer's local currency using our currency conversion application based on the Customer's location.

 

Orders

 Orders placed by the Customer on the website constitute an offer to purchase the selected products under these general terms and conditions of sale.

The Seller reserves the right to accept or refuse any order, in case of product unavailability or for any other reason.

 

Prices

Product prices are indicated in EUR (euro) and are those in effect at the time of placing the order. Prices exclude (VAT) and delivery charges which are borne by the Customer and will be specified during the order process. If the parcel is shipped to the county outside the EU, you may be asked to pay tax when receiving your order.

 

Payment

Payment is made online at the time of ordering, through Shopify Payment.

The Seller retains ownership of the products until full payment of the price.

 

Delivery

After the order is placed, you will receive the tracking number within 2 working days. If any delays happen, you will be informed within one day after placing an order.

For the deliveries inside the EU, the estimated delivery time is between 2 and 7 business days from shipment. For local deliveries, the estimated delivery time is between 2 and 3 business days from shipment. For the deliveries outside the EU, the estimated delivery time is between 1 and 2 weeks depending on the country. The Customer will be notified by email of the shipment of their order, along with a tracking number if available.

 

Return Policy

The Seller does not accept returns once the order has been shipped. In case of receiving a damaged product, the Customer must immediately contact customer service at email: lilflowerceramics@gmail.com to find an appropriate solution.

 

Variations and Unique Pieces

Since the products sold are unique and handmade pieces, minor variations may occur compared to the photos displayed on the website. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that these variations are part of the unique character of each piece.

 

Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for indirect damages caused by the use of the products sold.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts.

 

Modification of Terms and Conditions of Sale

The Seller reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the date of the order by the Customer.
